李君如:
男,研究员,博士生导师,中国人权研究会副会长,原中共中央党校副校长,第十届全国政协委员、第十一届全国政协常委,国务院政府特殊津贴享受者。曾发表《中国在人权事业上的历史性进步》《人权实现及其评估方法研究》《社会建设与人权事业》《“十二五”规划与中国人权事业发展》《中国的文化变革与人权事业的进步》《中国梦,中国人民的人权梦》《在全面推进法治中全面保障人权》等学术论文,曾获联合国艾滋病规划署颁发的“艾滋病防治特殊贡献奖”。
Dr.ChangJian:Professor, doctoral supervisor, Standing Director of China Society for Human Rights Studies and Director of the Center for the Study of Human Rights at Nankai University (a national base for human rights education and training). Chang enjoys special government allowance from the State Council. He has published a number of academic monographs such as Contemporary Human Rights Study Series; Transformation of the Rights Norms in Contemporary China; Efficiency, Justice, Stability and Government Responsibility; Mechanism, Strategies and Methods for Public Dispute Resolution in China; Innovation in Social Governance and Construction of a Credible Society and A Study on the China’s Human Right Policies, etc. Chang has compiled or co-compiled A Study on the Development Path of Human Rights with Chinese Characteristics, Human Rights Safeguard in Contemporary China, Teacher’s Guide for Human Rights Training of Civil Servants, Student’s Guide for Human Rights Training of Civil Servants, Human Rights for Citizens, 60 Years’ Construction of Human Rights in China, China’s Human Rights in Action (2003-2004, 2005, 2006-2007, 2008-2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013), Comments on Public Conflict Management (2014 and 2015), Public Conflict Management, Leadership: A Complete Course and History of European and American Philosophy: Modern Philosophy. Chang was on the translation team of Encyclopedia of Human Rights (Edward Lawson), Leadership and Public Sector Management. He is also the author of more than 100 academic papers published in professional academic journals.
